Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. No Refunds for Usage

We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused credits
• Dissatisfaction with generated content

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued at Elio AI's discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical errors preventing access to the Service

4. Abuse

Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
