Subject to your subscription plan, Elio AI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Generated Content for commercial purposes, including:

  • Internal business use

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, license, sublicense, or distribute Generated Content as standalone assets
  • Use Generated Content to create or offer a competing product or service
  • Use Elio AI primarily to generate content for resale or redistribution
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

7. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free plans are subject to usage limitations.
  • Paid plans provide additional features and commercial usage rights, subject to plan limits.

8. AI Disclaimer

Generated Content is produced using automated systems and artificial intelligence. Elio AI does not guarantee originality, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before use.

9. Termination

Elio AI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
